Now the rebbe explains that since most things in our world are not holy therefore people use it for bad and the bad people rule over it. Even though it gets its life from g-d, since the light is covered it could be bad and people use it for bad. Now the rebbe explains that there are two levels in 'the other side' so to speak which isn't holy, the first and better level is just not holy, but not bad rather it could be used for good. And the 2nd level is totally bad and it is divided in three parts, and all forbidden things come from that level which is totally bad. For example: we, the Jews got and accepted 613 commandments (in Hebrew: 'mitzvoth'), 248 of them are positive commandments, like: believe g-d, keep Shabbat, etc. and 365 of them are negative, like: do not murder, do not steal, etc. so all sins of the 365 negative commandments originate from the level which is totally bad, for example: killing someone innocent is totally bad, etc.
