"Moses went to G-d and G-d called to him from the mountain and said: say to bais Jacob and tell the people of Israel" (19, 3)

The purpose of the Exodus from Egypt was receiving the Torah on Mount Sinai, as it says: "When you take out the people from Egypt, you will serve G-d on this mountain." Exodus from Egypt was because of righteous women who were in the same generation, So, When Israel received the Torah, the women received before men. The G-d said to Moses: "say to bais Jacob"- this is the women, "and tell the people of Israel" –this is the men.

Future redemption will come also because of righteous women, as the "Yalkut Shimoni" wrote: "No generation redeemed, only for Women righteous generation". According to this, the teachings of Messiah they hear before men.
