"A woman giving birth to son… On the eighth day the baby will Circumcision". (12, 2-3)

For each determining need to have two witnesses, as they say: "The two witnesses will respect."

When Jew comes to; who was born to Jewish mother - who are the two witnesses to testify about his Jadishness?

G-d tells us that witnesses a person's Jadishness are:

  1. Circumcision - as it says: "The circumcision will be the sign between me and you".
  2. Tefillin - as it says: "You shall bind them as a sign upon your hand, and they shall be for a reminder between your eyes".
  3. Shabbat - as it says: "Between me and the children of Israel is a sign forever, for in six days G-d made the heavens and the earth and rested the seventh day".
Every Jew should always be with two witnesses to testify about his Jadishness.
The question arises: If so, why When a Jew observes the Sabbath on Saturday has three witnesses? The answer is: That's the reason we do not put Tefillin on Shabbat.

And what about the woman, she had no witnesses of circumcision and Tefillin?
Since the woman is the second part of her husband, is exempt from these two witnesses in her husband's circumcision and Tefillin. That man and woman together are one whole and each complements each other.

And the single girl, because her future husband already exists in the world, so when he observes the commandments - these witnesses is divided with it.
