Portion Nizhavim
Saturday before the Jewish New Year, we are reading the weekly Torah portion the verse "You are standing today all of you." The Baal Shem Tov explains that "the day" is the New Year, and by all the children of Israel are about unity, "you all" - are "standing" wins the judgment.
This unity is not simple. The verses are listed below the different types of existing people of Israel, the top level leaders of the tribes, and the low degree of water carrier and woodcutter. This is not just any professionals. Water carrier and woodcutter were the Canaanites who came to convert (to Judaism) in the days of Moses, Moses appointed them water carrier and woodcutter, and were forbidden to get marriage with them. How can there be complete unity, then between them and "heads"?

G-d showed them how busy all day, a Jewish person in harassment of income, and - it puts the whole business and ran in the synagogue to pray Mincha and to listen to Torah lesson.
G-d told the angels: you, angels, you have no cares, and the person "millstones around his neck", because I ordered him to support his family - and yet see how he acts! So G-d boasts before the angels by the good deeds of the Jews.
Here consider the luxury of every Jew in G-d. Even those who promoted the "water carrier and woodcutter" are a Jew, since he still had the burden of Torah. The fact that he indicates to the commandments of his deep inner connection with G-d himself, it is the point of the command, which creates Tzavta (connection) between the Jewish and G-d.
Who will look at things not require acceptance or even a special spiritual understanding, to feel the greatness of every Jew. Even the bestial soul of a Jew, you see the other Jew, whose rank will be, very expensive for G-d, and thus there is no difficulty to be reunited with him, to the rank of "some one."
