"That will build a new house put your roof rail and don't put blood in your home ..." (22, 8)
In the Parsha, we are ordered about the making of a railing. Why the Torah does specify exactly new home? Then if you buy an old house, too, must build a rail?
Creation of the world God did not complete the north side (as indeed see that the sun rises in the east, tends to the south, down the west). The reason is that if someone comes argue that he is God, we will respond to him: If you're really God, come to finish the job, complete the north side.
So people would not be mistaken and think no longer need force majeure, or to not feel they can fend for themselves and rely on their ability, without the constant supervision of G-d and his revival the world, G-d created the world with this defect that humans are unable to complete it. This drawback makes them recognize that they need high from them; they depend on G-d-led.
The same is true intellect. To a person is not wrong, and convince himself that he can get his mind all, G-d drowned the world that the person will have to use terms that highest from brain.
Indeed, the revealed Torah portion, G-d brought the world this way the human mind can absorb and understand. However, to remember always that part of education is revealed in the Torah is not a human, but divine wisdom, G-d put a few things in the Torah, so you cannot understand them according to the revealed Torah.
In understanding these matters we must use the inner feelings of the Torah, is that Divine openly. When we study these issues, we must deepen inner feelings of the Torah and to remember that the Torah is divine.
Learning and understanding of their issues require study inner feelings of the Torah; the verse speaks of the rail commandment. Why exactly a new house requires a railing?
New house, spirituality is a new start in life, the stage that we did not use it before. In this situation required to build a railing. In other words, not enough care we have taken so far. Now add a reservation, even in thought, speech and act, too.
When you begin something new lurking dangers - "Do not fall falling" - could be deterioration. Just so you have the rail, so we must extra protection.
