After a "first aid" course was held successfully for about a week in Kfar Chabad for Lubavitch emissaries in India and around the world. During the ceremony, spoke R. Shmuel Shaulzon had taught the course with great devotion, he praised the skill of the emissaries and fruitful cooperation during the course.
Thereafter, a representative of the emissaries Rabbi Shimi Goldstein spoke admitted Mr. Eli director of the Red Shield of David ("Red Cross"), and to Mr. Gil Moskowitz Operations at the Red Shield of David ("Red Cross"), for their important contribution maintaining this course constitutes an important aid to the activities of Chabad Houses around the world, giving spiritual and physical help, and encounter every day cases such as those.
In the Final, gave a speech office chief and activity responsible abroad at the Red Shield of David ("Red Cross") Mr. Uri Shacham - spoke in praise of the activities of Chabad Houses around the world and their relationship with Jews from Israel and abroad.
