The Chabad India of South Delhi, India, directed by Shliach Rabbi Schneur Kupchik, which works with Israeli businessmen coming to New Delhi, welcomed a new Torah scroll donated by the Saloff Family of Herzliyah, Israe.
Local community members, international businessmen, and Israeli dignitaries participated in this monumental event, which symbolizes yet another step in preparing India towards the final redemption.
