It says in the Torah: This day you shall know that G-d is the lord in the heavens and earth, even under the ground, there is no other. A question about this is, why would you think there is a G-d underground or underwater? To understand this, we bring a saying of the Baal Shem tov: on the verse “your word G-d is always standing in heaven”.the Baal shem tov explains: that G-d created the world with 10 sentences and he is always creating the world every second, since he created it from nothing. therefore he must keep it up the whole time and if he stops the world goes back to nothing.
This is right regarding all creation, even though it doesn’t say the name of every creation in the ten sentences, still, through different combinations, different letters add up to the name of every creation.
