Portion Vaera
At the end of the previous portion Moses cried out to G-d "Why you did evil thing to this people". The answer that comes at the beginning of this week's reading: "I seen to Abraham to Isaac and Jacob the Almighty, and my name; Lord, not known to them." Interprets the Midrash, G-d said to Moses that many attempts were to the fathers and yet not hampered questions.
Ostensibly, this story is not praise of Moses. This raises a double question:
A) why did Moses asked questions about the leadership of God, and indeed was known to a high spiritual rank than fathers?
B) The Torah is prevented from speaking even to condemn the animal, and certainly a Jew, the elite people of Israel, Moses, why then the Torah says this?
The difference between the fathers and Moses is; the work of the fathers was mainly line measurements: Abraham - a man of grace and love; Isaac - a fear and heroism; Jacob - a glory and mercy. In contrast, Moses, interest wise, so the Torah was given by him, which is the wisdom of G-d.
Measurements there are a feature of submission acceptance, while the mind seeks to understand everything. Measurements can live in peace even in the face questions difficulty, but the mind wants to understand, and when he does not understand - it interfered with his work.
So fathers did not ask questions, because they dealing with measurements; measurements are demanding answers to every question. But Moses, smart Divinity, demanding an explanation and answers to the question "Why do badly", because the smart step is required to clarify this cry.
That G-d responds to Moses: Verify the smart step required an answer, but when you stand for the great revelation of G-d's name at giving of the Torah, should also adopt the smart step to idle acceptance feature of the measurements and make it more questions ask. As long as the divine revelation is a limited disclosure, there is room for differences between measurements and wisdom, but when the name of G-d is revealed, should also be abolished and stand humbly wise acceptance, as the measurements.
The Torah tells it to every Jew in order to teach, it takes a connection between the works of measurements and works of intellect. The people of Israel have a "heads the clan", with a high degree, and "chopping wood & drawing water", with inferior. Each of these groups is required to connect with the second group.
With high step also must come down to the simple Jews, to teach them to work with them, the simple Jews are required to go up, rank of the heads. They study Torah observant elegance. Power to connect the two ends given to Moses, and connect it will bring redemption speedily in our days by the Messiah.
